I was told today that someone had been pulled by the police on the way to a show and her wagon clamped because she didnt have a taco in her wagon. I mean the paper disc in the taco. She isnt a transporter. I remember reading something about this and said I didnt think it could happen to a 'normal pleasure driver' but they insisted it was correct. What was the law regarding horseboxes and tacos?

I don't know the answer but LOL! You have sold your wagon & you are still posting about horseboxes :D:D:D! I think you are a horseboxaholic! :D

3.5 ton to 7.5 ton private use= exempt, hire or reward (business) must use
over 7.5 must use the tachograph with a chart at all times private or business use,

I have heard of having tachos in a lorry.

I didn't know we needed tacos - is there a sub rule about having sour cream on them......?

LOL, I know it's early morning, but my brain envisioned a convoy of trailers and lorries going thru the drive thru at Taco Bell!
