[Content removed] Has anybody used them? I ordered on the 5th of this month and got an email on the 10th saying my order has been sent however nothing has come. Phoned up yesterday and was told I'd get a callback within an hour....waited. No call. Rang up three times following this and phone always rang out or cut off. Sent an email voicing my inquiry yesterday too. Rang again this morning and it just rang out again.

The website (http://www.tagsfornags.co.uk/) boasts next day dispatch.....

I understand that delivery is free. However considering they offer a 'Make as you wait' service, I can't it necessarily taking this long.

Anybody else ordered from them and had problems? Or know what the final quality of the name plates are like?

I have had a bad experience with Tags for Nags!
I placed an order about 3 weeks ago then went away for a week thinking it would then be waiting for me but it wasnt.

i dont understand why they advertise next day delivery when they obviously dont stick to it!
ive not attempted to ring or email yet as i have heard alot of negative things about this company!:mad:

How did you pay? Your bank may be able to help you get your money back if there is a problem.
 
I bought from tags for have, had no problems. Was with me within week. Very happy with price and service! Hope you get your problem sorted :-)
 
Ment to say I bought through their ebay shop. Name plates are great considering price, have seen much nicer ones but price reflects this.
 
MrVelvet... what doesn't really match? You could view thousands of positive reviews on our eBay store if you like to ratify you statement...

In response to above, this thread has a total of 8 posts, 2 complaints with another person saying they had no problems. The two above after contacting us received replacements within a matter of days. This was also months and months ago. We are acting on an old topic here found while researching...

Tags For Nags official website alone has sent out over 8,000 parcels this year. With a total of 5 losses this year. We don't think thats too bad from the royal mail...
 
We have had to reply to this thread due to the statement against the company and the fact that if you Google our company name this link comes up pretty much at the top of the results. Thus resulting in negative feedback...
 
Since the thread was initiated anyone searching for "Tags For Nags" on google would have found this topic as the tittle of the topic is headed as "Tags For Nags" and since this site naturally gets hits of well over 20,000 a day it will organically be in the Google search engine top hits.... Hence our concern

We are conducting new advertising campaigns and have found this topic whilst we googled our own company name etc

In case anyone is wondering, it appears there has been a post removed from earlier in the thread. I'm not going mad. Well, not any more mad than usual :)
