Has anyone had/worked with a horse bred by Tagula? (http://bloodstock.racingpost.com/stallionbook/stallion.sd?horse_id=103932)

Only curious as I'd like to know what his foals usually turn out like (temperament and colour wise)
My ex-racer is by him and he's turned out Chestnut with rabicano marking on his quarters and slight sabino markings up his legs and on some areas of his body and he is quite laid back. Just want to know if the calm temperament or odd colouring runs down the bloodline?

Damn is Okay Baby (bay) but haven't so far found any images of her, just racing stats.
Thanks :)

Canford Cliff is by Tagula, he was one of Richard Hannons top milers, now retired to stud, he is bay, with no unusual markings, but he is one hell of an animal.

This is my first ever post on this forum so I hope it works!

I have an ex racer by Tagula, no strange markings but he has a lot of white flecks through his coat even though he is more brown than bay!

He is super laid back now, not so when I got him! Great horse :) Will try and post some pics!

Thanks for the replies everyone!
Simonsponygirl what a lovely horse you have, beautiful :)

Tag is in the top 30 of Tagula's offspring with an OR of 87. He was one hell of a mile runner.

Here is a photo of him running at Southwell in '09 - http://photos.racingpost.com/app/WebObjects/RPShop.woa/wa/p?p=hal0IOKQCk6fo6tG_EntJg..a
As you can see, he sticks out with his big white blaze. Unfortunately can't see his odd leg markings very well.

I'm struggling to find his Dams breeding.

I had an ex-racer broodmare by Tagula called Bolula - increadibly laid back mare although not the sharpest crayon in the box! She really looks like her sire and didn't to too badly on the track before we bought her, we sold her to a friend and she's still doing really well. She threw 2 lovely dopey foals to my friesian stally and 1 nice anglo arab and a pure TB as well, I've got one of her friesian x's for sale at the mo!:D

Hi Florrie - I think you are reading the wrong bits - your horse didn't run over a mile! He was raced over sprint trips of 5 and 6 furlongs :) I think he had one or two starts over 7F - probably to see if he would get the trip and later on his life when he would have been slowing down. I've just had a look at your horse's dam and a couple of friends of mine rode her! It would be cool if you could post a photograph of his legs. The dam is by Treasure Kay who wasn't anything special as far as TB Pedigrees go.

Ah thanks Aces_High! I got myself confused and classed 6f as a mile (doh).
When I'm on my laptop I will definitely post some pics of his markings, had a thread on here not long ago seeking some help on his markings :)

Markings and such.
Also the sales link you posted, what does it mean exactly? The prices he sold for? (Sorry I'm very dim when it comes to the racing world )

As a yearling he was sold at the sales for 19,000 Euros. As a 3 year old he was withdrawn from one sale but then sold at another for 15,000 guineas.
