I like the idea but I wouldn't buy them as the price is huge and I don't recall ever being able to find the finished product.

Nice idea, but look like a right blummin' faff.
I have a little strap on the tail piece of my hi viz sheet that allows me to attach a clip on bike light should I so desire. Far cheaper, and far less effort!
