Sorry folks, I am sure that we've covered this before but I am too incompetant to find the answer....what is the name/web site of those super looking tail pulling comb thingies? My cob has been on hols and looks like a yeti...he is now coming back into work and I simply have to do something! His tail was pulled but I'm not very good at it and now it's got very hairy and I can't face it alone!

Any ideas? I saw some excellent reports of them on here some time ago....

Thanks for your help,

Catherine

They originated in the dog grooming world; when I bought mine over the phone a catalogue was sent with it, if you look through the dog grooming section the same product is cheaper!

I got mine from the local tack shop, quite expensive but worth every penny - they do a great job.

Once you pulled it, just run the rake through it every now and then to keep it tidy.

Same again. You do have to keep up with the trimming though otherwise a bogbrush is tidy by comparison.

Now that reminds me, where the heck is mine? I'm sure I'm missing a crateful of gear. Not that I need it for the horses, but have two dogs that might benefit from it!
