My god I'm exhausted!

As someone who has/will never do anything like that I find it really overwhelming: I'd never remember the course, all that light/dark/shade is horrid, some of the angles he jumped at were really tight, the horse had to be so fit, as did he, so I am now even more full of respect for people who event at that, or in fact any, level!
