We run the scheme where I work. It's been a good way to get people back into riding in a friendly no pressure environment.

I run the sheme at work! We do an hours group ride and an hours practical/lecture on various topics with a half our coffee & cake break between. It's a 7wk course and on the last week we do a little friendly dressage competition where everyone can show off the skills they've learnt both on and off the horse it's great friendly, no pressure atmosphere, where you'll meet lots of like minded people and hopefully learn a lot to!
