I come when I am called 'cos there is always a reward, but if you are late then tough! You can call my name as many times as you like or come to me with the carrot.
I only turn my back on you 'cos I love my bum being scratched.
I've worked out that when you tie me up, if I dance about you will untie me. I'll stand to be groomed for ages untied, then I can mooch off for a little grass if I want.
Flyspray - well, would you lie a cold smelly liquid sprayed on you? The cream is so much nicer, thank you.
I don't want my mane trimmed so you can put those scissors away. I like my forelock in my eyes, thank you!
When I want you to pick my feet out I will lift a leg, until then you can huff and puff as much as you like.
I will let you know when I am going to foal - I quite like this extended period of rest
The grass in my field is boring, hence I lean over the fence - well, you've heard the saying... the grass is always greener?
Oh, and I do quite like our little chats in the evening sunshine, just scratch there - left a bit, up a bit, left.. left... !
