The big fella, now in the house full time after his op (only place where he can't hoon around, jump up and down and bust his stitches) has chosen the unearthly hour of 5am as his nightly pee time.

WHY???!!!!!!

I get up at 6.30am, couldn't he just wait and let me sleep for 90 minutes?

'Whiiiiinnee....BANG BANG BANG...cummon....need a peeee...wheeeedle....wheeeedlllleeeee......let me ooooout' BANG BANG'

Ah dogs, dontcha just love em....only another week....
 
That is really not fair, 90 minutes minus the time it takes to get up, let him out and back in and for you to go back to sleep, I bet it feels like you had just managed to fall asleep again when the alarm clock goes off.


With sympathy, they can have a scarily correct internal clock sometimes, going off every day on the same time. Sometimes it is cute, sometimes it is both cute and annoying.

You forgot the time it takes me to 'swear at him and tell him to go away and get the hell out of my room', 'finding wellies, lead, dressing gown and coat in the dark', the time it takes for 'him to find a nice spot to go in' and the time on either side of the toilet trip it takes me to 'calm him and stop him charging about like a lunatic and giving me high-fives in the face'.

Put head back on pillow...DINGALINGALINGALING!
 
It's his revenge because you chopped his boy bits off and replaced his head with a bucket...

After this morning I think he is, erm, taking the pee - he was crying beside my bed at 5am. I took him out, nothing. When I came back in, my mum yelled 'I just had him out there now, he did a big long pee!'.

Little bugger!!!
