I teach an adult on a fell. Really super little horse (and rider!). Has won Bd Novice on 70% + scores, training medium. Really genuine, tries hard, enjoys challenges and learning new things. Very straight to jump and easily scopey enough for 80cm courses.
Has a fabulous canter, finds collection very easy, struggles with the mediums - in trot in particular but all in all I would definitely consider a fell if I’m ever not wanting to ride larger horses, and I’m 5ft6.

So far we have had full tack on and an in hand hack out, such a dude and takes it all in his stride!
