Talk to me about long term inflacam please!'

I've just had inflacam prescribed for arthritic hocks. Horse won't eat damilon or bute
My vet has expressed concern about using it "long term" - not sure how long he means by that.
What are your experiences with it?
Any side effects? Long term effects? I've got another conversation coming next week with the vet and I'd like some information to back myself up with!

No experience with inflacam but have you asked about equioxx? Its a daily tablet for arthritis, can be fed long term with minimum side effects

I don't know anything about it in terms of its strength and efficacy. It's certainly seems to be cheaper than the inflacam at first glance.

I can certainly ask my vet about it next week.
