Todah I pulled 5cm piece of tapeworm out of my horses bum ( I was tidying his tail and noticed something white sticking out and pulled it) 4 weeks ago he had a injected wormer, im starting think do I need worm again?

Tapeworm won't have been covered by an injectable wormer. I'd advise a WEC and/ or tapeworm only wormer.

You should get an Elisa bloodtest done to check for tapeworm and use Equitape for tape worm or one of the others that includes tapewormTape worm very rarely shows up on a WEC.

Are you sure it was tape worm pinworms are very near the anus and are about 5cm long they are hard to get rid of with modern wormers the best way is 5 days of panacur as it is the only drug to go all the way through the gut to the anus
Could be wrong but that would be my first port of call
