Taunton Vale - Hemyock ride Sun 12th

Hi

Anybody going to this - I was hoping to go with a friend but she cant make it - may go on my own but wondered if anyone fancied meeting up for a really good blast ! probably aim to get there for 9.45 ish to register tack up and be ready to be first out at 10.30am

Anyone ? (ps I am a thirty something with a 16h gelding - forward going but safe)

Im not going (did it last year on previous horse who did his best efforts to kill me!) but have you seen that they have got runners this year that are going to be released half hour before the horses....that could prove pretty interesting!!! im not quite sure how it will work really, surely the horses released at 10.30 are gonna catch the riders up pretty quick??

weather is looking crap so I am going to give it a miss - could have been interesting though as there are only 2 things my chap is scared of ! tractor monsters and giant snakes (I think he sees lots of runners or walkers together as a giant snake in the distance !) haha
