Tax Online Self Assessment query

Oh God I know its boring but its issing down so I may as well do it.

I have a small pension and cant work out which bloomin online box to tick so I put the figuures in. The Pension box refers to state pensions.

Is it for pension contributions you have made during the year, or a pension you received?
