Okay, I've now heard it all. So, following on from my post last night. In a nutshell: Paul Chequers appealed the licensing boards decision and won. They didn't inform me in case it 'distressed' me. (In other words, they forgot or didn't bother). I explained that he keeps some of his taxis opposite my yard, so it was even more distressing having to phone the police and send them on a wild goose chase; and, of course to potentially meet him whilst walking or riding along the lane. Apparently this now has to go to a magistrate, so here we go again. Just when I thought I'd got closure.
SO.....if you see a fat lady with 'Mug' on her forehead, walking around Bridgwater, that'll be me; be nice to me, I can't stand any more disappointments.
