TB Broodmare

A friend of mine needs to rehome her TB and we were wondering if anyone would be interested in her as a broodmare - she can't be ridden - or would it be better to advertise her as a companion rather than PTS which would be the other option - what do you all think?

Why can't she be ridden? How old is she? How is she bred? How good is her conformation/paces/temperament?
