I really don't like WB's. It's nothing personal but all the ones I've ridden are so bloody arrogant and need to be ridden quite hard - I don't enjoy riding like that!! I prefer a level headed TB - they'll get you out of a whole heap of trouble.
Interesting I have two Irish TB's and the one who has the most 'Irish' in him is a nutter some times where as the finer one is a gentleman.....just need to be aware that once their adrenaline levels are up, it's very hard to bring them back down again!
Mines a WB x TB too (more WB and less TB I think).
Arrogant... yes! But hardier than a pure bred TB and very sound (only lame once in the 12 years I've had him).

I have to dispute that!! My TB has never been lame - the WB I had on loan trod on a flint and every WB I've known has lameness issues!!
My TB also puts on weight in the winter....although he could be a freak of nature!
