I have heard of him ssjez!! Tough one this, on the one hand his reputation goes before him, but on the other I have heard he is a little short on inner leg. However, if you want pure arrogance in a stallion he is definitely the one to go for.
I would look very carefully at his hind leg action, as if it's the same stallion I'm thinking about (are you sure you've spelt it right?) I thought he had very crooked action. No idea about the dam side though.
Be very wary. I've heard he's not all he seems; has a very dodgy reputation and that comes from those in the know. Certainly, his trainability has been a problem in the past.
oh please be wary of anything from Cantkilvermin lines! There have been a few stallion of recent years with fertility issues that were from these lines and they can also be exceptionally tricky to handle! There is rarely anything wrong with their libido, in fact the libido can be excessive, but they fire blanks....
I wouldn't touch this stallion with a bargepole - you should know better, ssjez, with your experience!
It's all very well breeding something that looks the part - he does walk the walk, and talk the talk, so to speak - but from what I've heard and read, temperamentally, he is aggressive, even when unprovoked, bordering on unhandleable. I can't stand stallions that are always ready to come at you, and that you have to pussyfoot round for fear of rattling their cage. I strongly suspect it's something to do with a fear he has, originating in something that happened many years ago, which I can't go into on a public forum.
I agree, this stallion has a bad reputation on both sides of the continent. From what I have heard, you will certainly be out of pocket if you decide to pursue him, regarding his semen, I believe that he is unreliable.
Are you looking at him also for a ridden career, if so, I wouldn't bother as apparently he was not that good a ride either, hence the fact he is now on the market.

Didn't that stallion cause a bit of a controversy in the US, I think it went over with a big reputation, then flopped badly in its first outing.

I am maybe wrong, but on looking at the information I came across it seems that the stallion stood in the UK first (after a short career here), then found his home in France (with some dodgy breeder who it seemed was going to re-name him "Mummy's Boy but decided not to) before his move to the USA.......I am guessing in the hope that nobody would find out about his previous history.
I'd avoid - from what I've heard this boy is one who will viciously attack individuals who have done nothing wrong in their lives, just because he thinks they might.

I heard that he was going to be re-named Mummy's Pet, but this wasn't possible, due there already being a stallion called Mummy's Pet.....
Wow, think maybe I'll leave him alone!! Accordingto his passport he was actually renamed Mummy's Delinquent while owned by the french fella. How stupid!
I really was taken in by this thread and thought this stallion must be a right handful but me being blonde has only just realised this is a April fools joke and there is no such horse Drrrrrr im not with it!

That makes two of us!! 3 times i have been April Fooled today!!
I reckon that you should by this poor old bugger and have him put out of his obvious misery! Alternatively, you could buy him and have him gelded. I hear squirrels love crunching nuts
Definitely buy then geld him, it will change his temperament hugely and do anyone who encounters him a favour.
(though rumour has it he may even be a rig with just one ball visible..)
Do you think he'd be a good match for mare by Legal Action?
She has a reputation for putting up a good fight and has always been difficult to get to stand for any potential man.

Thanks for that. I've always favoured feisty mares over stubborn and rude stallions. Legal Action tends to have foals that stand up for themselves in the field and stable, they are also getting an international reputation for standing out from the herd and I'm proud of them all.
Legal Action would also suit one with Reprobate lines then? I believe Reprobates are quite hard to get to the bottom of, you have to be tough on them? But they are also jolly good fun!
Isn't funny how these bloodlines get a reputation for being hard, rude, dominant, bossy, agressive, always wanting to be right? as the saying goes, mud sticks.
It's no wander therefore that these lines are finding it difficult to market themselves as viable in the current economic climate.
Give me non-World Class anyday - far more trainable and much nicer horses IMO.
