Is this possible?

I just saw an advert on a site for a riding school looking for riding instructors. It stated they needed to have experience of teaching all ages but BHS stages not ness.

I was under the impression you had to have them to teach?

/confused!

No you dont need them. I always think that experience far outweighs qualifications anyway. Not sure if the insurance would be cheaper tho if you did have them.

no but i'm guessing the qualified will get job over unqualified and pay probs effected. My trainer isn't BSJA Qualifed just a life time of producing, competing etc etc to a very high level so thats the difference between riding school and freelance.
