I cannot for the life of me think of the solution I was given by the vet to paint on my horses splint....... Anyone help?!

I am sure it was a steroid/anti-inflammatory. White packaging, pink logo....argh!!!
 
I had a boy with two whoppers in front and I gave him Calc Fluor tablets and they completely disappeared and they were the biggest splints I have ever seen. Lol I even bandaged half a lemon on each for 2 weeks as a remedy.

And did it work? How long for and how often did you give the calc fluor for please.

OMG I did this too with young filly - completely dissappeared. The only think I would recommend now.

I used the 3x3x3 method as Ainsworths said. So 3xdaily for 3days each week for 3 weeks. It had gone by the 2nd week but I carried on. I did fri sat sun/fri sat sun/fri sat sun. Hope that is clear enough. Sounds demented when I read it back.
