Tech Venice Stirrups - faulty
I purchased Tech Venice safety stirrups a few years ago and liked these until I had a fall recently (first time coming off with them) the spring broke and the arm won’t go back in. Spoke to the saddlery I purchased these off and apparently this has happened with another four people’s stirrups. As it’s a fault with the stirrups you would have thought Tech would have fixed this but they are only willing to repair the fault if I pay 147 to return these to Italy to be repaired. So anytime you come off and this happens your going to have to return to Italy and pay for these to get repaired. Awful customer service. Wish I had never purchased these stirrups.
