Hello all….again, long time no see!
I was a member on the forums a few years back, formally ISH_lover but had lost access to my email account I used so here we are again
Since last time I posted I have moved to the east Neuk of Fife and now work as a supervisor in our local deli.
For those of you who may remember, I still have Torin aka Allenwood Flash, my 17hh skewbald ISH who is now 19 and still my one in a million. We were just getting into showing last time here and now we’ve competed all over Scotland and even ventured across the border to aintree. He has won Blair horse trials 3 times (finishing 2ndx2 and 4th the other 3 times), finished in top 10 of all our hoys qualifiers, has been supreme Scottish ridden veteran and finished 2nd a couple of times at STARS representing Puddledub. Unfortunately he missed last season due to ems induced lami and after a gruelling 10 months has just started turnout again
Then we have Tally aka Tyngwndwn Golden Lady our palomino Welsh c, whom we bought going into lockdown as a rising 4yo. Shes every bit as Welsh as you can get and has been difficult to get to grips with but she lives for jumping and is currently out on loan
And finally we have Calico aka Hot Sultana our red and white skewbald 15.2hh ISH. Now 9yo we have had a journey these last 3 years, she is “quirky” and we didn’t get the full story when we bought her so we’re working through that together but she is awesome and loves love! Lost my confidence riding with her after a fall but again we’re building that back together
