Ok, am bowing to pressure and posting pics of Ted and I. We have had a really ****py start to the year - Jan for the weather and then in Feb I found out he had liver probs. Then he went lame....liver is still not good but he is finally sound so after a week of walk/trot we had a canter and then yesterday I jumped him (first time this year either of us has left the ground I think!) as we needed to know whether he would remain sound - good news is it is looking good! So now I have to work him and we can monitor performance and his liver, just keeping finger tightly Xed now.

Sorry pics are tiny and we didn't do much, just popped over 1.05m and kept it easy. Good news is the jump is still there, bad news is after a month off the canter needs work!

And trying shorter stirrups - odd!

Plan is to get out competing next month - cannot wait :D

I like the fact that you just 'popped over 1.05' lol :D He looks great :D

LOL in fairness tho he is over 17hh, and he doesn't really start jumping until 1.10m :)

Thanks N, hopefully we can give you and yours a run for your money before long...ha ha, don't think we will be knocking Arctic off the places quite yet tho!

Kate, hmmm not sure about comp reports, we will see :D

Boogles thank you, me too! He is rather sexy, but also rather special...

Pups that is how I have felt for the last 2 months - especially as I got the Masterclass with Michael Whitaker and then couldn't go (in fairness tho it was that that made me get Ted blood tested and we found the probs, so I am happy in a weird way, and N and Arctic had a ball!)

G_E - yes great skills in the photography department! We will find stuff, need BBs on the case about the UA stuff!

You must be so relieved to have your lovely horse back. Hope the liver thing gets sorted quickly so you can stop worrying and really enjoy yourselves :-)

He looks absolutely beautiful and I must say I am a sucker for a nice grey myself these days. Fingers crossed now & then you could start to have some exciting times. =)
