Evening all,
Had a quick scoot through old messages but just ended up confusing myself. My 13 year-old has just discovered the joy of jumping & would like to enter a couple of upcoming shows - yay, proud mum moment!
He says he'd rather wear a plain jacket than a tweed - would this be acceptable..? Our pony is a black cobby type with lots of hair going on pretty much everywhere so I know a tweed would be more correct but could he get away with a navy(?) jacket - don't want to do anything that might put him off this new-found interest!
Also, what hat would be best? He's currently in a skull but needs a new one so could get him a velvet hat if this would be better. He's adamant that he won't do PC, dressage or anything else that he thinks is too *girly* so for now it'll just be used for lessons, hacking & jumping
Thanks for your help peeps!
