Please tell me about any horses symptoms with tooth pain.
I bring on ponies as well as have horses that stay forever with my daughters and me....

This recent 9 year old pony we've bought has had teeth done recently.... however it was by a standard vet (not a dentistry focused vet) and she mentioned wolf teeth.
Now since starting to ride her properly this week I've noticed a lot of what I think are pain behaviors ? and my gut tells me it is her wolf teeth as when I put the bridle on she reacts trying to tell me she hates it.

What teeth issues have you found?

Wolf teeth often cause issues and these can be more if a problem after the rest of the mouth becomes comfortable, so frequently after a standard rasping the rider will notice a horse more, not less, mouthy as the wolf teeth are then the sole focus of their discomfort, it is why most people have them taken out before starting working with a youngster, although some never find they cause a problem it is a simple enough job to do and in my experience as they serve no purpose better out than in.

There are many other mouth problems but as it appears yours has wolf teeth that would be the obvious and simple first step to eliminate.

My old horse had lots of mouth pain. When he was particularly bad he would do this horrible mouth stretching/jaw cross. He’d stop eating and do it between mouthfuls.
