I will attempt to explain, but I don't know anything about teeth
New livery noticed last night that her horse's face was swollen (on the side, just back from mouth) and he was having trouble eating (though still managed). She has managed to get a better look at it today and it looks like the tush (sp?) tooth is either broken or rotten, it's at an angle and is razor sharp. It just so happens dentist and vet are coming tomorrow, she has asked the vet to come at the same time as the dentist now.
She doesn't think it can be saved and will have to come out but she is worried if it will affect the way his bit fits? We will know more tomorrow from the professionals but you know how us horse-owners like to worry
Any advice much appreciated
