teething troubles

My youngster is 2 and a half and just lost his first tooth. The second one is hanging on a bit. He's having a bit of trouble eating as the tooth is flopping about. Tonight i noticed a blister looking thing about the size of a 5p above the new tooth on the gum. I'm thinking it could be an abcess. Vet coming in the morning as i think he will need anti-bs but i know my ED is better qualified to deal with teeth. I'm not sure which one to have as don't think ed can give medication if needed can he?Also not sure how soon ED can come.
Also been advised to leave it alone for a few days.
Any advise please.

If ur not sure better to get it checked out sooner rather than later by either vet or EDT. Could call ur EDT in AM, u never know they may be passing ur way tomo anyway.

You vet should be fine to deal with it in the morning as it is easily visible and they can just pull the tooth easily and prescribe antibios if necessary
