Teignmouth area livery yard?

My daughter has landed herself a nice job in Teignmouth, Devon, and wants to move her pony down there with her. Can anyone here recommend any good livery yards in that area please? Anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Teignmouth, and any info on nice places to ride and yards to avoid
