I have has several saddles converted to Flair the saddle has to a suitable shape to take the air bags or you can get wrinkles .
I still have two dressage saddles with flair I use them on new or growing horses before they get a saddle of there own .
I parted with my flair jumping saddles I had too many horses who disliked them .
My saddler fitted the flair they where flair agents ( I think they still are ).
I also had them factory fitted to one saddle by ideal when they where making saddle for a horse .
The fitter has to have a special pump to adjust them it's usually done while you sit on the horse . I don't know how hard it is to get a pump , the saddler also needs the little crimps that close off the pipes .
