We live on top of a hill - on quiet days you can hear the shooting for miles - this is shooting country so that’s quite often, even in a Covid year!
Sadly, my horse gets very tense with shooting. A friend suggested Fly Hoods for hacking and schooling on shooting days - would this help in your experience - what are the downsides - and do they work on
Windy days too?

A friend of mine has a very sharp horse and the acoustic ears make a huge difference to him - they've meant she can go out competing again - he couldn't cope with warm up arenas before. She also wears them out hacking and it helps him with traffic too.

I have a friend with a stress-head TB and she swears by the effectiveness of the Protechmasta infrared acoustic ears for training and competing. I’ve got to say the horse is doing a lot better but couldn’t say if the ears are responsible.
