Tell me about the Percheron breed

I have 2 home bred Spanish Normans and they are both very different in temperament. Mine is enormous (over 800kg) but very reactive - not much fun when I'm in the way although he's always very apologetic! My daughter's chap is smaller and despite being the offspring of a super hot PRE stallion, is far more sensible and considered in everything he does. Can be left for weeks and is no different. I absolutely echo everything everyone else has said though. Mine cost me a fortune in bedding and hay. Both are barefoot ... thank goodness! Can only fit one in the trailer at a time etc etc
 
Met a pure shire the other day there and even tho been around horses all my life he was massive his head alone what the same size as my torso also know some one with a pure Percheron he seams a nice enough horse never met him but he does get up to some antics
 
I had a cheeky look online, just for curiosity, and they are apparently extremely hard to come by in Australia, and what I could find is completely out of my imaginary budget.
