Sounds wonderful - I shall ask my horse what he thinks of moving to Siberia

£23 a week for a large stable, turn out, free straw when it's big bale, £1 a bale otherwise. 120 acres of hacking (no school) but 5 minutes ride way from an arena and a set of gallops.

Very friendly yard! Most important - nothing goes missing and everything gets locked up at night.

I pay £32.50 per week for DIY.
This includes 24/7 grazing, a large stone stable, a store to keep my bits n bobs in (basically its an extra stable) and unlimited use of the facilities.

I get my own hay and bedding in as only straw and haylage are provided by the yard. (i have Bedmax and hay)

Facilities- starvation paddocks, 24/7 grazing on good land, hardstanding throughout, a couple of covered tie up areas, large outdoor school, xc course, sj paddock, lunge pen, tiny indoor school, tea room, toilet. horses turned out in groups of 3-7.

It is a huge yard though- there's 60 horses at the moment.

I own and run my own livery yard we only do full 7 day (and occassionaly 5day) livery

Straw - £90 a week/Cardboard £95 (5day is £10 less but the horses still get turned out at weekend and brung in)

Included: All year turn out (with no mud) small turnout groups between 3-5 horses all post and rail fencing
Ad lib hay of evening (all grown by ourselves so very good quality)
Feed or nuts/mix and alfa a (if you want different then i take off the price of the nuts/mix and you buy what you want)
30 x 60 all weather menage with full set of jumps
x-country jumps in the summer
hack around the 40 acres
great hacking with quiet lanes and a golf course to gallop round !
fantastic staff with good qualifications who can also school/lunge on arrangement
any instructor welcome
friendly people who go to shows and support each other

Close to London (just inside M25 and M20) access to motorways to go to shows etc

I pay £100 a month, so £25 a week.
I get AYTO (24 hrs a day in the summer), fantastic hacking round the farm, an outdoor school and a field in the summer with jumps and grass dressage arena, my stable is 10x10 but then pony is only 13.2hh and they do have bigger stables for bigger ponies!! They produce own hay and straw which is all good quality, they will do extras like bring in, turn out etc for an extra cost. There is no bitching, which considering there must be 30 odd horses there is quite good or maybe i am just oblivious to any bitching!!
I'm happy there and so is my pony.
I look for good hacking, somewhere to school and a knowledgable YO

DIY
Small yard, 12 people
12x12 stable and field AYRTO
Bad fencing (I run electric round the field)
School (mostly churned up and deep)
ATM it's bitchy and horrible and I hate it, I'm only here because its a walk away from home instead of expensive bus travel.
£20 per week, TBH if they tried to raise there prices I would have to leave I'm not prepared to pay any more here unless it improves dramatically. (Which I would bet money on won't happen, ex farmer making easy money)
