Can anyone please give me any advice on how to stop my 6month old Border Terrier from barking at people on push bikes and motor bikes when out for a walk

Do yo know the 'watch' command? Get him to focus on you, treat him. Ask a friend to ride by on a bike, and as soon as you see them, say 'watch' and reward him if he looks at you and ignores the cyclist. If treating isn't sufficient, try using a toy to distract him and play with him. Gradually build it up until you have desensitised him to the cyclist, then do the same with a motorcyclist!
