templedruid stud

Did anyone go to the recent templedruid stud sale?
I heard the prices were really low there.
I worry what will happen to ponies sold so cheaply.

I was at the sale. I have to say all the ponies looked great and although the prices were low this DID not reflect the quality of animal on offer. I beleive that a large number went to a few 'Templedruid' enthusiasts who have had stock from the stud before.
All the ponies were well presented, well behaved and in beautiful condition. Please don't worry about them as the majority seemed to go off in decent transport non of which looked like 'traders' lorries. Some did go to Holland but to private buyers who were mostly driving folk including the world champion pony team driver.
