I am considering having our stable block rebuilt, but I am trying to plan what to do with my horses during the build. I have 4 horses, 3 of which are competing and are used to being stabled at night. The building will be early next year, so in the worst of the weather, and is supposed to take 6/8 weeks.
I don't really want to leave out 24/7, also not keen on livery, although there is a place very near by but has no turn out so would have to bring them home every day and back again, or option c, hire temporary stables. This is my prefered option but I need recommendations.
Has anyone done this before? I have the space for them, but I have contacted a few companies, but no one has got back to me!
I have no idea on price or logistics if this is possible?!

I have neighbours who rented a block of temporary stables with stripey canvas rooves for a winter whilst their pp and build happened. Don't know where they were from but they looked pretty sturdy (apart from the roof)

Try west of england stabling Lucy Wiegersma`s Dad Hendik.

We have some and they are very pratical and well made

Thanks for the recommendation, alas, they are too busy.

I was concerned about the roofing, as i have been stabled at competitions in some slightly suspect boxes! But i figure at home at least i have got the field as a back up plan if they wont go in!
