Tempory saddle change

Due to a nasty sore on his lordships withers due to his rug, I have had to use his traditional saddle instead of his treeless, I havent use it for about 3 years, jeeeeez it's so weird being perched off his back and not feeling his movement under me the same, not very comfy either, dont think I will be using for any longer than I have to, bit of a nuisance is how slippy I feel on it and my legs on the sides, what do you lot do to stop saddle slippiness ?

I used to use a cheapy seat saver - if you're going to have to ride in your treed saddle for longer then get a nicer one - makes it more comfy! Otherwise just a cheap one for time being.

It's more my legs slipping on the side of the saddle than my bum, wondering wether to spray my inside legs with carpet glue or something

Change the saddle soap you're using maybe? or wear half chaps?

maybe rub a bit of mud and dirt in to the saddle!

That should stop the slipping!!! LOL
