hiya...what are tendon boots? what do they do and shall i get some?
mouse has brushing boots in his back but nothing on front. will they be good for support when jumping/schooling? seen soom loooovely fluffy ones :P xx

They're generally used for jumping, to protect the sides/back of the horses leg (tendon area), incase the horse strikes its front leg with its back hoof on landing - they also add support. The open fronted ones are usually used because the horse can feel when it knocks a pole with its front legs, they sometimes don't care about knocking them if they don't feel it. Open fronted boots aren't really suitable for cross country though as they don't protect the front of the leg from solid jumps. Agree with FS though, be careful with the fluffies as they can get very hot which can really bother some horses. Hope that helped x
