It was taken 20 years ago however it still seems to be happening as I've read quite a few articles on this recently. Really really horrific. The stupid government should ban the use of the stacks for a start!

First time I have seen a video but have seen many photos
There is cruelty in much equestrian sport take dressage and rollkur
polo with extreme bits and reins. Rodeo and flank straps..
Showjumping with severe bits and draw reins
trotting with severe overchecks
racing with overlarge fences exhausted horses and whipping...
Etc etc this is a video of just one example.
THE LIST IS ENDLESS .....
There are also many people who care too.......

They can be odd looking horses (couldn't get the vid to load) but I do have some idea of what is probably shown in it. Shame really -- their natural running walk (with normal length hooves and shoeing) is a delight for long hours in the saddle.
