I am sadly going to be selling my small hunter as I have just run out of money and cannot afford two horses, a pony and a son. I have put an ad up here
http://pub11.bravenet.com/classified/show.php?usernum=939395057&category=2766

Any chance some of you wouldn't mind taking a look and seeing if there is anything obvious I have missed out. I will be putting her on HQ next week, and will be using the same ad.

It is really easy to look at other people's ads to see what is missing/wrong, and I have been adding and deleting bits from this one for a whole day now.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I can't believe you have to sell her - she sounds so lovely! The ad sounds fine to me, although I'd be tempted to add that she hacks alone and in company. I know you are primarily aiming her at a showing home, but someone who home produces might have to take her out alone!

I do wonder whether the photo in your sig might be more flattering than the one you have used in the ad

Thanks TGM - have added the bit about hacking in.
Do you think the canter pic is better. I really wanted to show her movement as she has the most enormous trot!

Well from what I can see of the canter pic, she looks lighter in the hand and more elegant in that one! (Not saying that she is not elegant in the trot one though!) Are you limited to one photo only?

I am in this ad, but I can use more on HQ (assuming they don't go changing the site again!). perhaps I should use the canter one as the main one, then the trot and gallop one as the second page ones?

Such a shame you have to sell

Im sure you will sell quickly and easily with a horse like that though!!

Shame it doesnt have much jumping experience or i would mention it to my sister!

Have you put her height in?

I personally wouldn't know what a small hunter should be like but if she has good paces & is showing a nice jump then I could be tempted to buy her for dressage or SJ depending on size

God - what an obvious one! That is typical that I forget something like that!
She is 158cm (15.2) - will go and amend the ad (again). I am SO glad that I put it here before HQ!
