After and accident i had with my youngster in the summer i have been thinking about some TFT, i've researched it on the net, but i seem to remember a couple of you have had it done and wondered if you could give me any info, whats involved. costs, etc etc thanks

Cannot recommed it enough - no idea how it works but I dont care because it did!!!

I used Jo Cooper and TBH i cant remember how much it is - £50 i think maybe. But that is a one off payment for as many treatments as you need and Jo invites you to come back if it hasnt worked entirely on the first go.

TFT stands for Thought Field Therapy, I cant explain how it works but it did for me. Have a look at www.jocooper.com where you will find out all about it. If you do decide to give it a go Jo is extremly approachable and it is all done over the phone.

It isn't entirely clear how it works, but that applies to some mainstream psychology to. It may be working in some way on acupressure points. Anyway, it did wonders for me. One of the great things is that it can be done very effectively by phone! I also 'used' Jo Cooper and highly recommend her and the treatment
