Well having read various posts on here about people losing their nerves and very annoyingly finding myself starting to get butterflies when riding murphy, I've taken the plunge and followed your advice and booked a TFT phone session with Jo for this evening. She sounded really nice on the phone so fingers crossed I can sort this out before it escalates.

Spent over two hours on the phone with her (Actually mostly just chatting!!!) - it's very strange and I'm not sure how it works but it did seem to! I'm off riding shortly so will see how I get on, but hey I'm looking forward to it
