Thank you Barnsby

You may remember a few weeks ago that the stirrup bar sheared off my 18 month old Barnsby dressage saddle :eek thankfully no one hurt, but I was worried about how I was going to afford to get it sorted out.

Well Barnsby have been brilliant, they couriered it up to Walsall, stripped the saddle down, checked the tree and replaced both stirrup bars. The saddle was then re-built and couriered back to me, complete with new flashy cloth saddle cloth All at absolutely no cost to me Ok you could argue that as the saddle is only 18 months old that is the least they could do, but there was never any fuss or bother about it and they kept me updated with progress on how the repair was going.

So thank you Barnsby for saving me a lot of worry and excellent customer care

(p.s. I'm nothing to do with Barnsby by the way, just thought it would be nice to say thank you in public).

Barnsby are fab!
Many years ago I had a saddle that took longer to make then anticipated. When it arrived at the saddlers it was complete with a beautiful cover, leathers and irons and a saddle cloth. (I had only paid for the saddle)

Well done Barnsby. Nice to see that good old fashioned customer service is not dead. This is the way to keep customers and get new ones!
