The sacrifice worked!

We had beautiful weather up here today, sunny and dry, even if it was a bit cold.

But I don't mind cold, I just put more clothes on.

*scowl* have you read the news report on that thread?? Oh, and I'm still here

Read it!

Is it still raining were you are then?

Or is it just windy? It was windy here too today, but not gale force.

Also, if you escaped the sacrifice, and just the wicker-donkeywoman-basket-thingy burned, how do you expect it to work properly?

Its been dry in Cornwall today!! sun shining and some blue sky!! Quite windy though. Typical as yesterday was the only day i could ride and it was the worst day yet!!!!

Hey all!
I can report that the sacrifice went well...Donkeymad made a satisfying braying noise as I soaked her in brandy and set fire to her long ears.
It's been lovely here today...and tomorrow is meant to be sunny too.
Obviously I'll have to post as Donkeymad for a while, but you know that's just to create an alibi.

You might want to get another sacrifice lined up for the weekend if this dry spell doesn't last. I couldn't bear yet another wet weekend - today was lovely weather because I've been at work all day! Bluddy typical!

Well, I'm still interviewing if you have any nominees.

May I nominate Snow_plough - although I'm not sure she fulfils all the criteria - especially as she has two children.

But I'm sure you would like to sacrifice her anyway, due to her extremely unscientific beliefs!

Do we have to nominate from this forum cos if not, I could easily nominate a few 5 year old rug rats from my Year 1 class?!
