Thankyou to all those who offered me help with my advert last week. It went on line on Fri and i had an email response to it on Sat :eek:. I phoned them back on Mon but didn't get an answer :( So i phoned them just now and i'm going to see them tom afternoon :).
I realy didn't think anyone would respond but i think with all your help with wording and spelling my ad must have stood out :D.
I hope it's an alright job and all goes well tom I need some good news at the mo. :)
Anyway thanks again you are all such fantastic people :D :D :D
Ice cream all round with a big flake, loads of sauce and lots of sprinkles :cool:
 
Good luck Laura, saw an (your) advert on NFED earlier and thought it was well written, then noticed your name! Really stands out as professional alongside the 16 year olds with txt spk looking for work for the hols.

Can I just have a bigger ice cream no flake - am melting here?!
 
Thanks guys i'm so nervous I hate job intervews. I just hope i don't mess it up.:o

Thanks jenhunt. I'm cycling there so not shore how much of a smile i'll have especialy after doing my horse job in the morning then one of my cleaning jobs then streight on from there. :p :D The man was realy nice on the phone so hopefully i'll be ok :)
 
That's great news Laura!

Good luck with your inteview - the cycle there may even be a good thing as it will use up some of your adrenelin so you'll be a bit more relaxed when you go in!
 
Thankyou Malibu_Stacy thats a good point. I hope your right i tend to ramble on when i'm nervous. I don't want to look like a compleat idiot :o :rolleyes: :p :D
 
Thanks HollyWoozle. I don't know much about the job yet he was to buisy to talk propaly. All i know is i can take both ponies and he wants me to do a bit of everything horses, house and garden. I've asked around and apparently he's a realy nice guy. So fingers crossed it all goes well.

HollyWoozle it's the same as i'm doing now realy but the difference is it will all be in one place. No more cycling from one job to the next :D

Very good luck with the interview and just be yourself, smile and don’t forget to breathe – its always useful. Perhaps you should be prepared to ride just in case he asks.

I am thrilled for you Laura - from your posts on here I can only imagine that any employer would snap you up if they have any sense :)

Fingers crossed for tomorrow - I really hope it goes well and keep us updated :)

But - if he looks a bit dodgy or its not what you thought it might be don't take it for the sake of it - or at least don't accept immediately ;)

My OH will keep me on the streight and narrow but as always i have Lucy to think of and now horrid if it's not the right place for them it's not the right place for me ;) :D

If you dote over your emloyers horses even half as much as your own, anyone you work for is very lucky to have you.
