Evening all. Sorry i was not celebrating sadly
It was all going well. The people where realy nice, the house was masive (loads of cleaning), It had a lovely garden (lots of work there to) and the yard was amazing. It's all DIY so not much for me to do there realy. Then i mentioned i had a dog. They said they did not alow dogs in the house and at the mo there is no other acomidation. They said Charlie could live outside with there dog (this is the dog that sleeps on my bed and crys if he thinks i am going out without him, Out door dog i think not) Anyway my animals always come first so i said there was no way he could live outside.
They didn't ask me to leave though they tried to think of other ways round it. So it has been left that we'll all think about it over the next two weeks and i'll then give them another ring. I just feel so fed up when did life get this complicated . Never mind i just hope something comes up real soon as i think this whole situation is about to get a whole lot worse. But thats another story
Thankyou everyone for all your support i cannot express how much it means to me to know someone out there thinks of me as a person and not a door mat. Even though non of you know me personely you always say such kind things and make me feel so much better. It's just a shame people i thought where my friends don't do the same thing.
Thankyou all again you are all lovely.
Laura, how old is Charlie? He might love living with another dog. If he has a new playmate and companion it may stop him being anxious when you are not around anyway.
Would he be allowed out and around with you all the time you were in the garden and yard? Did they offer to take both ponies?
I would seriously give it some thought Laura if everything else was perfect.
Ravenwood Charlie is 1 year and 4 months. Where i am at the mo there are 3 other JRT and he still runs round crying even if he has all the dogs and other people around. There is no consoling him unless i put him in his box then he thinks it's ok mummy will be back for me. They would be living in the garage so not to bad this time of year but i don't think he would do well in the winter.
I could take both ponies. We are going to talk again in two weeks when i hope we may be able to find away round the whole Charlie situation. He did say something about a caravan. Charlie couldn't realy run round the place as they don't realy like dogs running around and i think it would be to easy for him to get out on to the road . It was so much easyer when it was just me and Lucy. Now i've got lots of thinking to do over the next two weeks.
He said they where going to convert the other barn into three cottages and once that was done i could prob have one of those. But they won't be done for a while and i need somewhere to live now I just hope they have thought of something in two weeks as the job souned perfect apart from the whole Charlie situation.
