Had a chat with the OH today about the horses, and to be fair the horses are becoming difficult for me to do with a new baby, so something has to give. So little snowflake is going!!
He's too much of a pain.... sometimes he'll be caught, sometimes he wont. He rears sometimes..... he escapes..... he can nip..... has done the odd kick, and honestley as lovely as he is, i dont think i'd ever trust him fully for my 6yr old to lead or ride off the lead rein.
So had a chat with her and told her we would get her a new pony... thought she would get upset but her reply was "thats ok, i dont like him anyways!"
Im sure she doesn't mean it fully, but i think she'll get more enjoyment out of a 18yr old plod!
So tomorrow im going to put the wheels into motion for him to go, and have a month or two with only one, till the baby gets a bit bigger, then get her another. In the mean time shes getting a quad for her 6th birthday in sept, so that'll keep her occupied for a while!!
