Well, originally, i had planned on getting up, leaving my house at about 11am to make my way to a HHOer's house for about 12ish
who Very kindly sold me 3 very nice, close to new, rugs
but, 8.45am comes along, i wake up, turn on my laptop, then hear my friend shouting hysterically outside my house. The front door opens, and i hear her and my mum panicing, shouting my name.
"Whats Wrong?!?"
"Bud's fallen and cant get up!"
Apparently he was messing about with the other horses, went to kick and his legs gave way so he fell to the floor. He tried a few times to get up but kept falling again.
I Jump out of bed, throw on some clothes and climb in the car. Mad dash to the field.
The phone rang, it was the old lady who lives on the field, Bud has managed to get up, but isnt walking very well. We got to the field, he was just stood there. We walked him, he was very wobbly and careful on his back legs, it looked like he could topple over any minute, so we rang the vet.
They didnt arrive until about 12.30, and i couldnt text HHOer because their phone number was on a piece of paper at home
Vet checked Bud over, he seemed to be getting a bit better after walking around, so gave him some bute and left.
Mad dash home to text HHOer that we were a bit late, but finally made it to her house
2 and a half hours late
And she is so lovely! And her daughter is very very pretty
It is the Lovely J_J so big thank you for helping us get sorted for the winter
Anyway, all calm now
Bus is fine just some rest and bute and hope he gets better
I'll be getting grey hairs soon
