For those who haven't seen them: http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/news/397/298466.html

How amazing is the difference? Particularly between 1&2 and 7&8. It is so lovely to see their lives turned around. They all look so happy. Isn't it great to see what a difference the horse charities make?

I'm sure this has already been posted, but these photos just made me feel so much better. :) I was so annoyed at Jamie Gray's pathetic sentence but this has cheered me up no end.

What a silly, stupid, cruel man. He had some wonderful horses but chose to keep them pitifully. Shame on him.

With some TLC the ones who actually survived have blossomed into the most handsome, beautiful horses. Well done to all involved. RIP those who lost their lives x

Quoted from HH news

"RSPCA chief inspector Rob Skinner, who was first to enter Spindles Farm in January 2008, said he was happy with the sentence.

"I'm pleased the police tracked Gray down and that he is now serving a sentence which reflects the severity of the cruelty suffered by so many horses, ponies and donkeys," he said."

Gray deserves a lot more than 6 months inside.
I can't believe the change, particularly in Blakey!

Fantastic whet WHW have done with those poor animals. Well done them.

Shame on Jamie Gray, I hope he has a hard time in prison, as hard a time as he gave those poor loves.

those pics have just made me cry, those poor poor horses :( they all look so happy now and so well. I just don't get it, why do people do it. Its so nice to see them in such great condition and so happy :D

It was lovely to see the horses and ponies now, to how they looked before. I saw this earlyer on the horse and hound page,

Im totally amazed, the kind wonderful people at all the charities involved have done such a fantastic job. It would break my heart working somewhere like that, completey in love with Blakey and Rumple.

Wow! They are unrecognisable! It's nice to them looking so well.

Jamie Gray wants locking up for good!

Absolutaly brilliant, pity he only got 2 months added, I hope he has to pick up the soap in the showers for some nonce 10 times a day every day of his miserly sentence.

I met and worked with Wilma and Blakey when I did work experience last summer at WHW and those horses are sooooooooooooo loved and looked after now, and I absolutely FELL for Wilma she looks like a warthog (but in a really really cute way)

I will say nothing about James Gray he doesn't deserve my words, but the horses all look so amazing now and all look so happy :-)

xxxx

I'm not usually a softie, but those pictures have brought tears to my eyes. What an amazing job they have done, horses look so amazing now :D Well done to everyone involved!

What a difference. Blakey looks like a different horse and absolutely stunning. Well done to the organisations for turning them around and shame on that despicable man for treating them so badly.

That is so lovely to see. I went up to the Horse Trust with aid donations with other HHO's and we saw the Disney "batch" as newcomers.

The difference is astounding. The awful condition of the horses took my breath away at the time and to see them looking so well now is amazing :)
