The best ‘jeans’ riding breeches.

I have Proline Equine denim leggings, have had several pairs over the years as I wear them so much. I find them very comfy, with a nice wide waistband and stretchy material. They do with or without silicone as well.
These look great, and I think I love this under packaging options??? 😂😂

Although branded packaging is a fantastic way to promote our products, we recognise not everybody wants their purchases ‘advertised’ when they’re delivered. Our discreet packaging service uses plain unbranded packaging so you can keep your purchases private, or avoid those awkward questions from your partner about your horse wear spending habit. We can even include a note such as ‘congratulations you have won’ if required. Just tick the box if you require either service.

Slightly off spec, but i love riding in my barbour jeans. They are stretchy and dont chaff. I can wear them for work in the office and then ride afterwards. Only £80 ish

I ride in jodhpurs boots - do these ride up? I agree they look really good just I have never had much luck riding in jeans!

No, they dont ride up. Very comfy. I ride in jodhpur boots too.

They dont look as smart as the pikeur ones do. Even though they are slim, you still look like you are riding in normal jeans though

I’ve got some Dublin ones which were about £55. They do have knee patches so possibly not quite what you were after. Other half bought me a pair couple of Christmases ago and I like them so much I went and bought another pair.

Just been off the check and they’re Dublin Shona knee breeches and about £50. There’s a full seat version mine just have knee patches.

There was a similar post a while ago and someone recommended 3rd Rock jeans. I bought a pair as a result of recommendation and very pleased with them. For jeans specifically for riding Ariat are good.

I bought a pair of the Eileen Douglas ones recently and tried them out this week. They're really comfy and although they do have the silicone grip print, it's not overly grippy. They were only £25 (me and a friend both got a pair, as it was two for £50).

So I am going to buy 2 pairs, the Eileen Douglas, then a second smarter pair from somewhere else. (Checking the recommendations).

Do the Eileen Douglass come up big or small - I am between a 10 and a 12.

i love my equetech denim breeches. Horzehoods are comfy but i don't like the look of the leg pocket! Le mieux look smart but i prefer a higher waist and found sizing a tad small!
Worked on a hunt yard and found denim ones lasted longer when getting hunters fit.......riding tights no good against brambles!

I'd say I'm between sizes too and I sized up

I've got some Just Togs ones. They do a dark and a light denim and I got mine from Mole Valley - £30 ish I think and I've also got them online but you need to hunt around for the cheaper price. They are really comfy - just pull on but I've had a lot of compliments and wear them most of the time not just for riding. The only con with them is they're possibly not the longest lasting but I think that for the for the price they are good value. They also come up slightly large which makes me feel better when I can buy the smaller size lol x
