The best jods

Hi all,
I'm generally a lurker-y type (eek) but I figured this would be the best place to seek extremely important jodhpur advice..
Can anybody recommend some cheap (student budget!) but really comfy jods or breeches? I think it's time to put my old pairs to rest :o
Any recommendations greatly appreciated! I don't get much time off to get out and about and browse the horsey clothing world so this information is invaluable ;)

I had no idea sports direct and aldi even sold jodhpurs...clearly I'm a bit behind the times :)
I'll definitely be having a snoop! The sherwood forest jogger types look really nice, there's some quite cheap ones on ebay...
pistolpete I do the same! Shame it's too chilly to ride in them at the minute!
 
Well, they say (apparently) that its a false economy to buy inexpensive (another word for cheap) clothes shoes etc, so, I recommend piker suede seat breeches! (there, I said it!) They're not cheap but they are fantastic and will last years (I ride 3 a day most days, I have 2 pairs that I rotate and they just seem to keep going. They're quite flattering, especially the black ones - the only trouble is you may have to budget hard and live on baked beans and pot noodles for a few weeks.....
